Lim Chun Kwong is a highly principled and disciplined leader with over three decades of experience in manufacturing, telecommunications, and international business, widely respected for his integrity, accountability, and calm, solution-focused decision-making. Throughout his career, Lim has built and transformed companies across various stages—from greenfield start-ups to acquisitions and corporate turnarounds. His extensive experience in China and across Asia Pacific provided deep cross-cultural management expertise and strategic partnerships that powered business expansions, IPO preparations, technology commercialization, and large-scale telecom infrastructure projects. His expertise spans turnkey telecom deployments—including transmission networks, BTS/Node B, FTTH, ODAS, and small-cell solutions—as well as pioneering fiber-optic infrastructure and sovereign data center developments in Malaysia.
Lim is also an innovator in advanced manufacturing, holding proprietary know-how in Applique Insert Molding (AIM) technology, with a patent-pending method embedding RFID tags in molded plastic—commercialized by major mobile phone brands and replacing environmentally harmful processes.
As a recognized trainer and thought leader, Lim has been licensed by the Asia Pacific Management Institute, the Chinese headquarters of the American Management Association, and has conducted executive training programs for Lucent Technologies, SC Johnson, Cadbury, and other multinationals. His professional development includes leadership and management training at Oxford University, project management certification, and quality systems expertise.
